All customized engineering, design, and marketing services—including website design, ecommerce development, AI automation workflows, and custom SaaS platforms—are non-refundable once work has commenced. Milestone payments compensate directly for engineering hours and design assets produced up to that date.
All paid discovery audits, technical architecture consultations, and scoping sessions are non-refundable once scheduled and completed, as they represent the direct allocation of senior engineering expertise.
Should a client need to cancel or postpone a project prior to completion, written notice must be submitted to sales@mediamines.ca. Work will cease immediately. Fees already accrued for completed deliverables remain payable, while uncommenced milestones will not be billed.
We stand firmly behind our engineering. Each project agreement includes structured revision cycles to refine wireframes, UI layouts, and functional workflows until they fully satisfy the agreed functional specifications.
