Consultation fees are non-refundable. Our consultations are designed to provide valuable insights and guidance for your projects, and the fees cover the time and expertise of our consultants.
Any courses purchased from Media Mines are non-refundable. We encourage our clients to review the course content and details thoroughly before making a purchase to ensure it meets their needs.
If you wish to cancel a service or order, please contact us as soon as possible. While the fees for the service or product may not be refundable, we will do our best to accommodate your request and halt any further work or production to minimize additional costs.
